Need help with ion D:(too much capa dunno what to use it on)

ion has sooooooooooo much capa but I don't know how to use it all so I just whent for a bunch of health,tho honestly id like to get more damage something like 40 tec but I found dat as problem when calcing ether not enough slots or I had to do like regular high tunes which arnt effient. heres the build.

Whenever you have more capa than you can use, drop a capa cart. if you do not drop a capa cart you'll have to skip 3 turns!

naw I figured it out now I just used great tune atm in considering the second build tho I dought its perfect yet @_____@.Zyumba Force.

stacking too much HP on ion results in you running out of ammo and sitting your ass doing nothing or begging your team for ammo.

Options:
1. drop a capa cart for a guard cart
2. swap a buckler/pom for a handy magnum so you can farm when you run out of ammo
