and I am suure my PC does not have problems.
Specs:
Proccessor: Intel i7 core 3770k
Graphic Card: GTX650
RAM: 8.00GB
O.S Win7 Enterprise

(YES I TRIED REINSTALLING THE GAME)
(YES I TRIED REINSTALLING VIDEO CARD)
(YES I PLAYED COSMIC BREAK ON THIS PC BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS)

If all else fails, nerf your PC (terrible idea) or find an older one in a surplus store.

I personally think that it has nothing to do with the computer nor the game, but instead the connection between your computer and the server. I once copied a perfect game file to another computer and this happens (later I tried copying the game originally installed on the "glitchy" computer to another platform and all graphics went perfect). The only way to resolve this issue might be changing your graphics card or just swapping your PC.

Sorry, I forgot to say that I already played CB on this PC, and it run perfectly fine.

Hmm... now if you think about it, I was adding some ports, I'll try that and see if it works.
To the second option, my bad I forgot to add that I've played CB already on this PC, with no problems.
EDIT-
I removed the ports, and checked, also I reinstalled the game and checked and still like that.

default skin File texture staking/error/corrupt/broken, after unistall CB check the folder still there or not, if is still there please delete it and re install the game again with diffrent folder path manually, sample C:\ahueeee\cosmicbreak.

Do you want me to uninstall the game, and check if It really uninstalled the game, or there are some hidden files and that's why you wanted me to put a different path?
