¿Why this is not happen to CBJP or CBEN?

Japan's Consumer Affairs Agency has formalised the ban on 'complete gacha' mechanics in video games - a move foreseen by several major social developers in the territory.

Complete gacha is an extension of the gacha mechanic, in which random items are produced, itself an evolution of the capsule toy machines common in Japan. Complete gacha requires players to accrue specific random items in this manner in order to obtain other, rare items.

This mechanic is often paired with micro-transaction costs for each random item and was deemed to be unfair. From July 1, any company selling a game utilising the mechanic will be subject to penalties, reports Andriasang.

CS doesn't really do that, anymore. Remember the campaigns where you get junk like school swimsuit Ion? That, they don't do that anymore.
Now, if they ban gachas entirely...

Gacha isn't the problem. Giving prizes when you get specific gacha prizes sets is the problem.

about other CB server :
1.  other Cb server dont want to follow CBJP update, because they believe some day CBJP will got penalties or punishment.

to avoid this they add garapon caracter inside shop or put it inside uc garapon.



gacha / garapon could include fraud simply by GMs / developer editing the program code.

if the right person from internet laws goverment or something & seriously report this, maybe punishment can be happen anytime.

More like their NEETs love to gamble, because it's not even their money to begin with.

I mean, ALE Bots as UC (BR);3x Multiplier Events every primetime, everyday (KR); [Pow] Ultimate Challenge Cube (KR); UC Garaponsssss (Aila, Fia... Flapjack, and etc) (KR/TW/BR); a better shop list of RTbecomeUC Weapons (TW/KR); Tuned Parts/Weapons/Accessories drop from all game mode... with timely Free Regret Mode (KR).... and more

So do you want to ruin CBEN? Yes, lets give every player a flapjack, albatross, pacifar, fia, aila, bark lily, bikini crim for almost free. This totally wouldn't break arena further than it is. Giving free multipliers doesn't solve anything aile. Multiplier's only cause ONE thing in CBEN, room hopping faggots. If anything, we should get major in game changes rather than free uc stuff. Cause locked rooms are totally less important than everyone having a flapjack. Free regrets would be nice but how would CS compensate people that bought regrets through gara, rt shop, or star coins. Our shop as of now is pretty good and has some pretty nifty stuff.

Still need some decent UC Weapons :/ (Blitz Blaster, Mod, Particle Gun Mod, Lightning Gun Mod... etc 1s each... at decent uc prices... not 50k UC each wtf.)

And yeah, releasing Bikini Lily & Crim in UC Garapon wasnt the best of ideas (*Stares @ Cosmic Break Europe and Brazil)... Flapjacks wasnt such a bad idea either, since in TW it's the 3s Flapjack EC.... while KR only got 1s Flapjack (Wasnt too much of a threat when it was simultaneously released with Albatreos. And Gyallanbard.)

Also, Albatreos and Pacifar are in RT Shop no? lol

Multipliers would help other game modes though, :3... like Haku giving 10k~, and Arcantus. Even Missions.

As for Omega Regrets, they're gara rolls though, so it isnt exactly "bought" since.. you took the chance no?

UC Gara with Aila and Fia and w/e isnt... there yet... have to wait a week more to confirm (CB-KR)
