Do you always use the same core to solo haku? Post your haku builds and rate others.
I'm thinking about making one of these, I'd prefer the crescent saint but I don't have combi daggers yet.

Spoiler:
I just put a combi on this one.

I'm terribly slow at haku and not having 2 combis doesn't help.

I ain't rich so I just use a build similar to the guide in the youtube (check 10sec) link below:

When Vanguard Fencer (2 slotted) was available at shop, I bought one and tuned it with 3x Crimson Veil and 40 Str.

Average time remaining when soloing it is from 10-16 minutes. It's just about being lucky with CV proc on last Haku and getting lucky guesses on the Shadow clone haku that factors my speed.

The School Jikun Hu (UC 2slotted) seems to have a better potential than Accel Saber BD in terms of being a UC-only-haku-killer, it's just harder to tune due to having fixed parts.

I never got a combi/quills dagger or a good Haku killing bot from garapon. #em5

Same as pork chop, i use that guide. Accel saber with squealer arms, shotgun and 3way dagger, trap resistances, short boost and boost run.

uh...

Cresent Saint BD + Combi Dagger + Fuujin-ken = Flying at 40 STR and 38 FLY, Combi Dagger open and Fuujin-ken lets you infinitely just attack from a variety of angles. Fuujin-ken's AoE Combo is... AoE Wind Strike + Gives you a giant boost into the air.

Cresent Saint BD + Combi Dagger + Poseidon AM2 = Same as build above, but opens with Poseidon AM2. Tuned with 2x Great Grapplers, its nice hitting things across the wall.

Eris (Glint Strike) + 2x CV Tune = Since moebots are better for Breaker Haku, i use this eris to just melee slam into any hakus (Very effective on Shadow Haku)

Vanguard Axer + Zero Fighter NEXT BS = its Fast 40STR + 3GGrappler Tunes. Seriously, just slam and smash.

Katana Max + 2x Combi Daggers + CSG + Quill Daggers = Its a funny build, but runs at 40STR, 5 TEC, 30 WLK.

i should probably use Accel Saber now because of that HIGH WLK.

Muscle Victor is one of the best cores/bots. Built-in CV, built-in melee weapon, easy to tune for high stats and smexy.

Sharhead for going over stupid terrains.
Otherwise I use Kuten/Accel.

Needle Mog is a fun thing to try too. ( ・∀・)

He has the capacity for it amscray.... You could just tune all of his slots with Single STR Tunes... though i should calc that just to be sure.

I tried 40STR needle mog for haku. He was really good! With.. I dunno around 7-8 spikes coming out of his BD.... but honestly with 10 Range he's only good with dealing absurd dmg on stationary haku. (Prime example, Nuke haku).

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no. i ain't wasting 2x lvl 8 removers and wasting time on leveling them. Plus, that's a lot of tunes, honey. These are workhorse bots. They're not supposed to be fully tuned.

Conclusion? Not worth it.

Do you have to react like such a dick? He's helping you, you might as well react nicely.
Besides, why would that build not be worth it? "Power" tunes are 100% succes rate and easy to get. The build will allow you to decently Haku.

Would you rather a have a shitty worker do a shitty job a or a good worker do a good job?

Besides, you realize people who actually carry haku TUNED their haku bots right? No one wants a shitty pub running around with some untuned haku bot.

BRB, finishing haku with 10-12 minutes left with my untuned bots.

Having to tune them or level them up would mean I would either

-waste tune mats on non-essential bots
-waste exp i could give to the bots that need it
-waste 2x lvl 8 removers
-all of the above

I'm doing a perfect job right now and no, it's not worth it. Definitely not worth it. But yeah, if you want, go ahead and do it. Sorry if I came across as a douchewad.

It kind of is worth it. You can obtain said mats once again, you have more str, meaning more damage, meaning quicker runs. All those things are easily obtainable in exchange for shaving off 4-5 minutes. And solo haku runs usually only last for 8-12 minutes, so having tuned haku bots compared to untuned leaves you 18-20 minutes to spare

I do haku solo with those untuned bots and it works fine. Why would I waste resources tuning them and time leveling them? I just don't think it's worth getting another 100 000 exp for both of them.

in case that you didn`t notice you are going in non end cycle of stupid arguments

the whole point of tuning haku bots is to reduce the time required to beat that boss so the less your farming time the more uc you can have and mats and seriously the bots @ the vid are all easy to tune plus 1 and good stats with minimal uc and mats usage

you invest mats and uc on this bots so you can farm solo whenever you like or need to do so and in the same time give the lazy haku parties the middle finger

Pretty much what Charz said. It's used as an investment to make your life easier. Would you rather keep doing 2-3 runs per hour or 5 to 6?

Ok, as a last comment in this discussion, I do it in 15 minutes including the route. The rest goes to dying. I waste more time in between areas than dying.

Whatever. Here, just so you don't say I "didn't try"

whatevs:

You can say what you want but the tunes just aren't worth it and neither is the 20-ish K exp needed for another lvl. The bot does the job mighty fine anyway. To me, it doesn't seem worth it in the end.
