Gift System, why isnt it in Cosmic Break?

I'm still half and half on this issue. We have Brazilians that play this server.. and, although there are some good ones like Mie, most of the others are rather underhanded. To put it bluntly, credit card fraud is rampant among those people. Also, hundreds of alts gifting Illumis arm joints to everyone wouldn't really make arena any more fun, overall.

well. she's a full 100RT in CB-KR and Taiwan. 500,000 UC in TW, 100,000 in BR.

You can't gift "RT" Parts. Its only limited to UC Parts (Or anything that has been turned into UC, like Thoarla LGs.)

So if you're gifting Illumis just for one of her parts, its not worth it since you get +20% taxed.
120RT, 600,000 UC, 120,000 UC respectively.

But, it still doesnt explain, even Brazil has Gift System right? If they're such Credit Card Fraud rampant, i doubt BR would be in any position to be still alive today.

Oh, so "gifting" is for shop bots only, and not for garapon exclusives? OK, the worst we can have is a legion of 2s Fagalinas.. and that's not that scary.

I want it, now.. 100%.

GIFTING IS LIMITED TO~

UC Weapons (Anything that's UC in the Weapons Tab. Its good to go.)
UC Accessories (ANything that's UC in the Parts Tab. Its good to go.)
UC Parts (ANything. and i mean ANYTHING that's UC in the Parts Tab (like for CB-KR, 1s Thoarla LG), its good to go.)
UC Wonderbits.
UC Robots (Anything. As long as you have the UC, Good to go.)
RT Robots (Illumis? Ouka? as long as you have the necessary total RT (+ Tax already), good to gift.)
UC Items (except UC->RT, good to go.)
Selective RT Items (There are some RT Items you can Gift... it depends on server to server.)

I agree. CS is better off updating up the old UC bots in shop(the ones nobody bothers to look at anymore), missions and quests instead of gift.

This and what Cobra said, i'm one of the guys that would benefit most from this(GOD knows how many Gyalla/Lux/Pelena/C.Freed/Protos A/more i have rotting in my sub garage...)but then:

1)fraud problems
2)Everyone gets GAY parts just by having a friend/clan member/whatever having'em.  

so i'd prefer they do another shop update (again 100 bots =P) and focus on mission/Arcantus rewamping. .

What I want to know is that do we can only buy from shop then gift, or gift from stuff in garage?

Just put the itens/bots/weapons in shopping cart then gift to a friend.

Apparently, the issue comes from the fact that the guys that play our server are more likely to commit fraud than other servers, if they weren't already adept on it.

Thailand's server have the gift system in their first release (or I can say, they have them from the start).

And I agreed with rei. CB-EN must have gift system already.

So, is CBEN the only version of CB that has no gifting system? I hate our shit-head GMs, full of excuses..

Yes, Only Cosmic Break English server has no Gift System.

Well, the only thing that KR, TW, BR, and probably Taiwan has no way to offer, is those servers dont have Bazaar. Korea's in its 2nd year of operating (3rd year if you count before the firesale) and they -still- dont have Bazaar. Possibly due to its current population (80) that they haven't decided on bazaar yet (or their shop items differentiate than those of CB-EN's)

Taiwan should be coming close to 2nd year of its operations however, so Bazaar might be coming to them... i hope so lol.

Thailand's server take about 2 years (as far as I know) to get bazaar. Yeah, Thailand's server have bazzar too (about 1-2 time a month).

With Korean's server population (80) is about Thailand's server population (60 - 150 depend on time and event), I think they'll get bazaar soon.

PS. Thailand's server first release (CBT) on 17 January 2011 and Open Beta on 23 Fabuary 2011. Which is about 1 year before Korean's server.

Korea started early though, like 6months to a year before their current service o-o

I honestly think it's because we're the only server that has the "offer" system in which we can earn a shit ton of rt on an alt with "X" robot parts (flapjack) and transfer the arms to our mains via gifting system, sandboxie, and adding ourselves to our own friends list.

I think we're the ONLY server that have free rt by doing 'offer'.

But, offer website still be the way to earn rt on other server too (Thailand's server can do this, get points and buy pre-paid card by offer website).

In the end, every server can do offer. But there're no garantee then doing it on Official Offer on main website.

uh. Taiwan has an offer wall.

Not too sure about Korea, Brazil or Vietnam however.
