Where to get Black Cat Ears?

I'm sorry if this belongs under Gameplay Questions, I wasn't quite sure where to put it.
On to the actual topic, does anyone know where to get Black Cat Ears? I don't care if it's 0s or 1s. I know that you can create a new account and get them but I want them on my main account. And since they can't be sold in the Bazaar, I decided to create this thread about where to get them. I haven't seen another thread that says where to get them. Are they an Arena Reward? Quest Reward? Mission Reward? Please, if you have any information about these Cat Ears, post a response. I have spent two months trying to find them.

Go to the Ground Arena and get the [A1], [A2] or [A3] Cubes.
They give a random accessory after completion.
Though I have no idea if Black Cat Ears do exist.

Hmmm... Lotto cubes?

Super UC Gara ?
I got some parts and accs i rarely see from that. (or I never have lots of parts to begin with)
