Why doesn't cosmic.exe show up

I need help. when i click safe mode or start game from cosmicbreak launcher, then when i look at my task manager, and cosmic.exe never showed. i did it again while task manager was on and it never popped out..... i want to know if this problem is fixable

when does this problem start? how much free memory do you have when you run the game?
