Fullscreen problem?

I use windows 7 and i'm not sure why but i can't do fullscreen. There are many size of setting but the prob is none of them is able to fullscreen it. At 1000x1000 ish size i can fullscreen but it's only enough to cover the middle of the screen not the whole thing. when i try to fullscreen the max size, it can't. For no reason it said i can't fullscreen it. Help please?

CosmicBreak does not support wide screen.  Most modern monitors can stretch the video input to fit the screen though. Check your monitor settings if you want to do that.
