You heard me. He actually has a personality, and he sounds like a home boy.
What in the world am I talking about you ask?
Do this:
1) Options > Sounds > BGM... set this all the way down, and hit the blue button to save your changes
2) Go into Arena/Missions/Quests. Quests are best as no other players will interrupt your ability to hear SFX.
3) Fire and kill things.
4) Listen to what comes out of Helingal's mouth... DO IT! FOR TEH LULZ!

*Because there is a filter on the voice, and it is so quickly stated, I was having trouble at first telling if he was really speaking in English or if I was mishearing quickly uttered Japanese. I'm pretty sure he's saying what I think he's saying, and even if not... it sure sounds like it to me.
