How to access clan rainking/list of clan?

I been wanting to look up a clan to see if it still exist. Only way I can think of is by using the Clan ranking, but I don't how do check that.

Please tell how to check the clan rank and if there are other way to find list of clan.

There's a clan ranking list in channel selection screen.

There's also a clan ranking counter in the Union areas.
