Can you remove a tune-up on weapon and on parts?
If yes please tell me how.

Cosmos Regret Ticket is needed

Alpha just removes tunes from a Part. (1 Ticket per Tune)
Omega gives you back all the materials that were used for that tune (Depends on what that tune was)

You need to talk to the Cosmos Regret Pot at Ground Area. Its right next to Ouka/Crim Shop.
