| Realized there isn't a topic for this one yet, so I thought I'd make one.
The Twister Punch seems rather strong, with the 1st hit being a suction, and 2nd being a frontal rush punch that covers quite a decent distance and knocks targets very far. Although its rather easy to avoid given the time it needs to start the attack... (The punch will ground you, so short boost builds won't work with the AMs I guess)
What would be a good way to tune Machintlet AMs? And usage-wise, the MOST useful thing I can think of using it for would be Defense Epochs. (Or is it not worth the effort at all?)
And Machintlet's core seems to have quite decent stats, albeit a little cost heavy. Not too large since at least 60% of Machintlet's size is from his LGs.

| 3x g.grap the arm and combo into it with something else
It's ridiculously strong and the core supports massive stats, it's worth using to the point that a notable amount of JP players want it nerfed (meanwhile it flies almost completely under the radar in EN).

| Haha yeah. That's true. It underwhelmingly used in EN since a good number prefer cancer over anything else. Hmm. How about RS AM + Machintlet AM? The combo seems like it might be decent. Stats-wise, tuning might be a little hard since he seems to be rather tight on slots. I think a CVeil+StunRegain build might be feasible? And (if say I intend to tune Machintlet) should the stat-focus be STR, TGH or WLK? | |

| Focus STR and HP, none of the other stats really matter. It's like oldschool Hatemachine where you just find a crowd and mash into it. CV regain definitely helps. If you have some form of Big Body LGJ use that too for a larger punch.
Squealer AM should work fine, lots of things do but I'm not entirely sure what you have access to.

| Use Heavy Jag HD+K-shield if you have. Or swift jet BS/ritter BS(swift jet gives 0s cd, not sure abt ritter), ammo is a problem though.
Also Machintlet is now fattest cost bot, beside zeroes:v

| Haha. Machintlet LGs are LL too iirc. Too bad I can't put Crabberoid LGs on him. Otherwise with LL sized Machintlet AM and RS AM, I would've named him Fiddler Crab D: | |

| Hmm. I did some actual testing. The RS + Machintlet AM combo doesn't work out quite as effectively as double Machintlet AMs.. (Or I just suck at using that combination D:) | |

You probably don't need both arms with x3 great grappler, just the arm you're using as finisher.

Besides the handful with of us suguri, that can think for ourselves and not be completely fucking braindeads, EN will never figure out anything about bots that need tuning/building. Cuz what needs to be done first is, Jp use it and make a OP build, then EN will make a copy of it. Then again building/tuning a bot went out of the windows with cancer re-released. ./rant

| Machintlet AM: best end combo ever. It has vacuum effect, super armor, very wide range, high speed, massive damage, beastly push, and is able to combo.
Most commonly, I see people use two Machintlet AM to cover the most range. You can also use some other melee to tactically place yourself to inflict more damage or just plain counter melee. Some things I often combine:
Byne AM -> Machintlet AM Hound Dog AM -> Machintlet AM Red Squealer AM -> Machintlet AM Scaregant Burai with Machintlet AM

I honestly really don't see the meaning of Stun Regain when your TGH is at 25 but I guess it is personal preference. Also, I wouldn't sacrifice melee speed for more force, because I would rather hit more often at a slightly weaker force than hit less but harder. Not to mention GGrap's tear through your cost at 30 each for 9% more force. My builds first priorities were WLK > STR > Weapon Enhancements, but you could easily hit 40 STR if you dropped WLK.

| Hmm. I see. Yeah I was thinking both arms with 3xg.grap would be too heavy on cost and slots but decided to see if it was feasible anyway.
Not too familiar with the CV + stun regain combo; would it work better with higher or lower tgh? Coz the charts seem to indicate that more hp will be healed with higher tgh and that CV removes the cooldown or something along those lines.
As for walk/movement speed, i'm not too sure as the punch moves u quite a long distance, and that you're more or less static everytime u start the attack.

| CV + Stun Regain: derp if I got it all right, the problems you'll face a pretty much this:
More Tgh = less liely to be stunned, but the higher you'r TGh the more HP are recovered with Stun Regain.
Crimson Veil will prevent the flinching animations and thus prevents the invincibility frames that come with these, so if you're hit with stuns in rapid succession (Regina Winberrl's thorn gun is a good example for this), Stun Regain will work like you were flinching all the time, while you're actually not flinching (so there will be no invincibility frames).
Ergo: Stun Regain + CV works better on low TGH bots, because they can abuse stunlock SUPs. With a high TGH like Machinlets it's prolly a waste because most of the time the stun lock will come from either melee (apparently this doesn't count as a "real" stun), or something heavy hitting (lie an E.V.E. shot). In worst case your CV activates and prevents you from a heavy knockback that would have saved your butt.

| I'd say C.Veil for Machinlet is more for the ability to let him fully charge up a swing instead of getting canceled out repeatedly. It can also double as increasing his tanking ability as well with letting him procc Stun Regain and crutch on his HP/TGH Reduction. | |

| I was just trying to explain the general purpose of stun regain + cv and why it isn't always needed.
Oh and yeah, after testdriving Machinlet myself CV seems unavoidable.
