Change one Clearance into a Tank tune instead. Get a few more HP.

I'm debating either to get Broad Radar or not. I'm used to getting broad radar on absolutely every bot I play, since I TAB almost every seconds of arena play to check the battlefield out.
But so far when I play with Reine all I do is crowd diving and die. Not even sure if Broad Radar would be useful at all.

36 wlk is a breakpoint, so you should have that instead of 35. So drop clearance for tank tune and since you have extra capa, exchange a high run beta for a high tank for even more hp.

Hey, you said that's all you do so that's one reason to get broad radar for crowd diving.
If you DON'T want to crowd dive, get it so you can spot incoming AIRs and know where to hit ARTs that are hiding =3=

That's for hack and slash kinda melee (aila, ouka, ivis HD) where 1v1 is most advantageous for them. So most time what I usually do is to go slashing against singled out enemies on the map, avoiding air heavy areas, go around to behind enemy lines to pick on ppl, and protect/block a side route where the team is not covering.
With 2.5 second cooldown and huge charging range, I can't imagine doing anything more efficient than crowd diving with Reine, since I really dislike the idea of going 1v1 against someone when your weapon cooldown is 2.5s. With that enourmous cool down and charging range, I'd like to hit as many enemy as possible per shot.

RedApple informed me of two things: Sapphire Veil does indeed give Clearance when used, and apparently it only gets All Guard when both EIW Cartridges are used (I'm taking that second one with a grain of salt).

Ok I tried the build. Works great. I want to thank all the kind people on this board who sent me links to those foreign sites and those that helped finalize the build (Astral,Silvraph).
Still not used to lands after a 1 year absence , but when the stars are right miracles can happen. Even a free frag like me can be somewhat of a threat and contribute.

Well it's still the same duration as the original Ivis with 2 EIWs. 90 seconds.

There's a nasty glitch/exploit with Ivis Reine. Her Chain Guard can be EXTENDED by Rone. It's going to get patched out by tonight's emergency maintenance.

Ugh, okay. I need help testing Revenge: Hypershot and Sapphire Veil together. I've gotten it to proc without SV, but whenever I activate SV suddenly all the training arena mobs walk in the other direction,
