Halloween Drops

So yeah...
I need some info about them.
What are the stats of a rosario shield?(how much hp,area coverage,etc)
Are those candy canes like pompoms or cosmic drinks?
Can you get the halloween weapons from arcantus?
And now, the scythe.
I don't care anything about the stats and usefulness. I just want to know if someone will sell me one next bazaar.

Also,just a random question:
Do drop tickets affect arena drops(in game items an rewards at the end of the match)?

Rosario Shield is 45 cost, M-size, equippable by all. It has 75 HP, seems to have the same coverage as a buckler, and has to be activated (which can only be done once). Activating it gives All-Guard for 4 seconds.

Candy Canes, J&B Ice Cream, and Choco Bananas all function basically like Pompoms and Cosmic Beer/Cola. Between the three colors of candy canes and the other two desserts, they each enhance one of the 5 primary stats.

No one has yet reported getting the Gale Scythe, Pumpkin Burner, Rosario Shield, or Coffin Shield from Arcantus. Some say that given the number of attempts made by the community at large that it is unlikely that they drop.

Drop Tickets in Union Wars only affect the drop rate of items when defeating another player (as in, consumables). They have no effect on the rewards at the end of the match.

All I got were Tombstone Bits from Arena...

I got one from arena. Keep at it :c

Grind more arenas.
Some JP guys got them via arena (Rei got one from arena in JP also).

I bought mine. Why waste hours grinding arena for likely a 0s Scythe when you can buy a 2s one for 70k? .-.
