The Star Coin shop has 3s UC weapons (not all of them), some items here and there, bits, and that's about it.
You get more Star Coins via spending more RT.

How to get more? Spend 100 Rt = 1 Star Coin OR Level Up Campaigns.

Level Up Campaign gives Star Coins in bulks of 3. $30 profit.

IIRC they also come from [It]Lucky Cubes, Super UC Garapon and [SP]Lotto Cubes.

The star coin shop has a lot of crap in it (i.e. Repair Bits), but also provides you with Slot Protector Omega (limited amount), 3x Multiplier Tickets Alpha and a few other things that might come in handy.

Don't forget the cartridge reset items. I believe it's the only place you can get them.

You can always luck out via log-in or cubes.

I'm almost sure you can buy them for Rt as well. However as a UC restricted user I#d recommend simply junking the bot and doing it again. Sure takes more time and such, but it's for free. Cart Reset item is really one of these I-don't-know-what-to-do-with-my-money-and-I'm-lazy-as-fuck-items - I always get my Cart Resets from there ^^"

I think as an UC restricted user the only thing you really wanna buy there are OMEGA condoms. If only they'd update that fucking section and put in things that are actually worth dem Star Coins (I wouldn't mind spending like 10 SCs on slotted Butterfly Effect or something like that, gotta have OP accs).
