Cant login on CBJP

i got this error every time when i hit the login button... and when i press the ok button the game shuts down...


pls help me fix this...

You dont "install" it.
IF you have installed windows correctly,
you go to control panel
language and regional settings
find japanese

it needs the WinXP's cd to install it but dont have the cd of xp....
i searched this weeks ago but i only got the japanese language on firefox browser...
and i met alot of trojans so i gave up... (=___=")
