Indeed. People ussually stay in the neutral ground , as an attempt to not rouse undesired effects. These poll posts should at least suggest a bit of research on both sides of the poll, as to encourage the voter to search and make a decision on the matter.

(I know rei_hunter has read the points and made the change already, but some aditional feedback for later use could never hurt )

so you expect people to use a different public forum to discus this forums problems all because here is laggy for you, you can't think selfishly in such a position.

look at all those new applicants, oh wait there isn't any, perhaps you need to think a little more about those requirements

and once more for the record, cus i'm sure the guys on the IRC whould agree, they aren't the Cosmic Break FAN FORUM'S IRC, they are there own community that doesn't want this ones problems

Removed all IRC pre-reqs because IRC is not part of our community and their for we cannot use their community for our own discussions.

The irc was setup by Slifer so.... wouldnt that mean its part of it? :3

Nope, it's two communities set up by one person.

Even still, staying in chatbox for me is a chore.

Idle kick, pictures that are posted load while i'm playing the game == lag.

The IRC is probably the best way to get in contact with me (though i look at my PMs too)(Also, my MSN usually dies overnight so.... i dont think you can have Offline Messaging on that.)

The Being on IRC thing is for Admins. For mods and overwatches ... not really required unless they want to if you read it right.

All i'm trying to do is make a bridge, but if the both of them keeps hating each other for w/e reason then eh i'll check onto it.

I still think (I say still because I've been a backstage observer on this until now) that this is a bad idea for admin requirements because, as the others said, the IRC is it's own community. Whatever happens there happens there. It shouldn't count towards us here. If we tell others have been misbehaving and give them a warning / mark on here for something they did on another website, don't you think that's kinda wrong? (I'm looking for a specific word but I can't think of it)
