You're actually right about that, the game crashes when Nanako uses a hyper during certain attacks of Sumika's. Really dumb and annoying glitch.

You're actually right about that, the game crashes when Nanako uses a hyper during certain attacks of Sumika's. Really dumb and annoying glitch.

The exact bug is using one of the beam hypers while Sumika is sending out feathers... which kind of sucks since feathers are important as hell for Sumika. The only way to avoid the bug is to tell the Nanako beforehand and just agree to a weird No Nana-Beam-Hypers/No Sumi-Feathers match.

As it so turns out, I've done one of these. And I would do it again.
But it wasn't satisfying.

No one's 100% sure about the exact requirements since many of us have done several Hard 1cc clears prior to 1.3. If it means anything, I unlocked Sumika just by doing a final run after already having Accelerator and the two new maps pre-unlocked from 1.2.

I've been having trouble getting AoS2 to run on another computer thats running win7 64bit.
When I try to run the exe tries to run but then it crashes. Any ideas?

Epic necro is epic... anyhow I had it running on my win7 64bit no problem, but idk what settings or whatever I had since I stopped playing a few months back and deleted it not to long ago off my comp.

Is anyone still playing this? I'm looking for random people to play with.

As an aside, most of the balance discussions made earlier in this thread are as of now completely inaccurate and out of date. Enough time has passed for the meta-game to change almost entirely. Suffice to say, prudent evasion is now king in this game.

Not exactly. If you dig deep, you may find a handful of former players, but finding an active one is equivalent to a Christmas miracle. That said, I'm always up for a game with new and old players. Always.

Most likely, everyone there will be dead; but if you idle long enough and ask decent questions now and then, you should get an answer, and-- if you're lucky-- a match.

Otherwise, your best bet is to rope real-life acquaintances into the game. You won't have to fight with JP quality NetPlay, and you'll know your opponents well enough.
