this is just alpha state for translate. I working on translate with Japanese people.
later version we will translate story or NPC name or item name later

run steam with applocale
run c21 from steam
reach login screen
run the translator app (not 64 one)

Have I done something wrong? I started steam with applocale, started the game, reached the login page but it won't translate at all... Missed soemthing?
