Well, it seems my MSPaint on Windows 7 saves in 32bit so any of the skins I edit there can't be read by CB. Is there some sort of converter or special editor someone made specifically for CB? I remember seeing a post once on the Community site but I just can't find it anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

I usually use photoshop for GetAmped skins.

GetAmped is another CyberStep game and uses the same basis for its skin edit.

Which means photoshop would do.
