Not sure yet, but looking at the way it worked, it looks like those are just some "I like its design but I dislike its stats so I change it" kind of accessories.

Are these new HDJs slots for all moes or just some? If they are for all moes im going to have to redo everything. So I can finally put my Hero scarf HDJ on my moes what about magic neck HDJ and big head HDJ?

Thats why we have so much unbalance from newbies and old players in this game there are a lot of hard to get for a newbie cost free hp bonuses like core tunes and extunes and now these things stuff only a old player has easy access to.
