been a while they had posted actual news this time halloween gara is aded which features hd version of nemlin and pepo pepo 's main weapon can change into 3 types
nemlim can restore hp by biting onto enemies at the final combo also can hide herself by pressing the main weapon button
till 08/11/2018, torencia is back by passing halloween cookies to pepo and nemlim, you can obtain hw accessory cube II which has mini character accessories
and balance adjustment which is pretty long

- After attacking at the time of wander bit activation, change it to consume the wonder bit gauge as a whole. Along with this adjustment, change the contents of the support effect that occurred at the time of activation, change it so that all guard 99% is acquired for 10 seconds and sword attack is obtained for 25 seconds
- Decrease the charge amount of the wonder bit gauge when attacked.
· For Krimnova equipped with eroded Kurimurose, change HP recovery amount from 100 to 80 when attacking enemies.
· For the catastrophic blade equipped with eroded Kuriroze, she can not obtain the power of [chaotic] when attacking NPC or object.

joust gander which is an upgrade of the original gander if you lots had played c21en in he beta times, you will know who gander is this is the original but really, why not port the original although it would seem hard due to how it works
and yeah, with its original stuff in where it came from color and force changes by level and also grants a self defense buff when using beam lance but yeah.. guess they cant put defense buff while using the laser in cb i see... you cant see the damage since it was a shield part that i was breaking its arms was one of the highest dps parts in the other game rly
sub does an additional attack aside from the usual gander am melee railgun 6 shots per full clip

● Corrupted Crimrose For her exclusive wonder bit following adjustments are made - After activating wb it'll consume the whole gauge and will grant All guard 99% for 10 seconds and Sword Attack for 25 Seconds - The amount of wonder gauge accumulated from attacking is decreased
For Crim-nova following adjustment is made - Amount of HP recovers: 100 → 80
For the Catastrophe blade of Corrupted Crimrose following adjustment is made - Power of [Chaos] can't be collected by attacking npc or objects
● Uryuel Following adjustment is made for Uryuel BD - Projectile tracking capability reduced when not strengthened by earth's protection
Following adjustment is made for the Uryel's Edaphos shield - Tracking performance of bullets reflected by the shield has been reduced.
- Crimson veil support effect will be granted for 3 seconds during the Rush attack
● Giselle Noir For Giselle · Noir AM 2 and Maid Giselle AM 2, following adjustment is made - DOT(Damage over time) has been reduced to 20 seconds
● Alice Read Following adjustments are made for the Wonder key rod equipped by Alice read. - Force: 4 → 7 - Range: 340 → 250
Following adjustment is made for the Chesire Cannon equipped with wonder key rod - Range: 390 → 340
Following adjustment is made for the Vorpal Sword equipped by Alice Read - Range: 340 → 250
● Aletta Arpeggio Following adjustment is made for the Voyager MM equipped by the Aletta Arpeggio. - Projectile guidance performance increased.
Following adjustments are made for the Voyager EM equipped by the Aletta Arpeggio. - Projectile guidance performance decreased - Force: 12 → 8
● Odette Rouge Following adjustments are made for the Aimepriere equipped by Odette - Odette Rouge's wb gauge fill up rate with attack increased. - Aimepriere's performance enhanced. - Explosion from projectile hitting the ground will also drain wb from enemy if hit.

● Shana Kubera Following adjustments are made for the Kubera stick - Force: 27 → 22 - Support effect Hyper shot won't increase the number of projectile fired per round. - Increased time to reuse.
● Karin - Dedicated WB changed to exclusive wb that Maximizes the ammunition for her Cannon.
● Vice Cannon Alpha - WB will be at 100% when first deployed
● Lumiera Following adjustments are made for the "BAZOOKA" of Monokeros rod - Range: 320 → 340 - Speed: 320 → 370 - Enhances the curve of projectile.
·Following adjustments are made for the "MISSILE" of Monokeros rod - Range: 320 → 360 - Speed: 320 → 340 - Added a step. - Reduced cooldown time.
● Medi Aide Angel - Grants Crimson Veil when Angel injector is used.

The last card campaign and the current event giving us total 14 SDX Coins(it might increase to 17 if the server reach the goal). If people had participated they could easily exchange a gold ball bot of their choice from this garapon or garapon ahead.

My thoughts so far: -Oddete's buff on the parry shot is interesting. Wonder how much it'll drain by default, considering a successful parry will cut 50% WB gauge from anyone caught on the parry trap, which kills most wb-reliant melees.
-Ilgryps needs more buff, the massive cooldown on BS2's gun and cooldown denied a potential good sniping air that is a mecha. Also it'd be nice to get 30% guard during stabilization to emphasize that as a main tool.
-Big nerf on Alice is a bit overkill but I get the point, anti-homing/cv will make do while long range brings it back to the usual range, the key became something again with that big force buff on the other hand.
-Where's the needed nerf on Melfi's main weapon?!
-Curious if Celica would hit more consistently with that. Might be a potential flying Rinka but we'll see.
-Meanwhile Lino gets much tougher with a much-needed guard duration buff.

The Gisele deploy problem is only on this server or happens on JP too? The balance looks good.

Dunno what is that deploy problem you're talking about but now that you've mentioned gisele, they've fixed the bug where double bp were lost for death from gisele's debuff

Iirc Gisele is not invincible during her spawn animation or something.
Nice balance, too bad it came in too late to be of any practical use for eng. I wonder how much fucks got given on JP at this point.

Halloween Special Torencia battle will be held on 31/10/2018 19:00 - 20:00 server time. Players can participate this special torencia from the ground area > quest > Torencia(EASY)
6 Cosmic BreakJP GM will appear as boss of 6 area. Players have to destroy all 6 of em in the time limit. When all 6 GM is defeated players will be rewarded with a chibi Amlim that is obtainable from this special torencia event only. Each boss will also drop [Sp] Skulldroid Stone G Beta when destroyed. After defeating all 6 GM Amlim will appear in ground area, through her special chibi amlim and Torencia Ticket A x2 can be obtained.
