Depends on the PC I have on hand at home. My use varies between XP and 7, but recently I use 7 more.

Laptop with Windows 8 runs CB fine but unusually gets hot (70C) when playing CBEN.

I use Windows 7. Same heating problem. Then I bought a cooling fan. Helps a lot, especially with seabean

My temps in CB are amolst the same as normal idle temps something is just wrong with your pc noob
