Daemon Mace

Just got to try one of these things for the very first time. God damn, if I knew it worked like this I would've rolled the hell out of Connie Gara instead of ignoring it completely. Its overall performance is very similar to Vanguard Axer, with the advantage that you can use it with a k-shield instead of playing completely unarmored.

Anyone use one of these? Have builds you'd like to share?

Looking at calc for about 10 minutes this looks like the general direction I'd personally take it in:

I was told they were one-swing weapons like jham and was never shown/able to try the weapon itself.

But yes, you're right, I was under the impression they were absolute trash until today.

I was going to say "Float Dash LND?"
But then I calced it up and the only L LND with float dash is Jumbo Pepen, who has no hand slots.

Nguyenst's build is totally different.

That thing has 2x K-shield with asura AMJ, RS AM and 3x great grappler tunes, iirc.

i was merely pointing out that one person used said weapon i was laughed at for it and now that suguri says its good everyone is going to (figuratively speaking) take barbed dildos up the butt and enjoy it.

I am pretty sure just because one bad uses a weapon in a stupid way doesn't mean the weapon as a whole is bad. I've never extensively played around with one, nor have I used a 3x High Gladiator one, but I'm going to judge that based on Axer I can't say I'd like it much either, although it does have the benefit of not needing Overdrive.

That'll only work if you can actually combo off of it, and if the combo actually counts as airborne rather than grounded.

You can infact combo off of it, and it is infact considered airborn. It should technically also give a 1.5x combo buff, since they chain into eachother, not just put you in the air to do your melee.

why not use a domi clown arm for the arm with the mace, dat range on the thrust forward attack

I remember that bot doing well on occasion.
