Just wanted advice on yet another bot, please don't hurt me

Things I'm unsure about:
Should I ditch an EIW or Short Boost for Stun Regain?
What do I tune on the Large Baz?
S-should I even use a Large Baz
Also I'm considering dropping Tec to 30 for HP tunes instead.

Unrelated question:
Will one be able to tune Proto-Life outside of the 3 Guardian tutorials?

Proto Life isn't showing up for me anywhere in the Cosmos Pot though (every other Proto tune is), unless I'm not looking at the right place or I'm just blind
