| Short boost and Float dash negate. Pick one.
Also, bubbles dependant on tec? Or should we just maximize wlk instead? |

| The bubbles are healing projectiles and appear to heal 15 HP per shot (which is 150 HP per interval). These type of projectiles seems to be unaffected by any kind of tuning.
If I had a slotted Kingyo-chan I'd prolly go for triple CV and pick-up all the hopper carts. His tackle is more than enough to strike back and his HP seem to low to be an offensive character. | |
