I need help...

I ruined a great friend of mines life.

I don't know what to do....I can't stop crying, and it takes a lot for me to cry...even a little...

I need some suggestions for coping....or...something that'll cheer me up...thanks in advance.

I never told you guys this but...I only got angry, because I felt small, snapping...well...made me feel bigger, like a better person...that's all...I'm sorry for it...I'm sorry for everything I've ever done to you guys to make you angry, annoyed..or anything wrong, I'm not leaving...just depressed.

Well, first up, I'd never troll about something serious for the life of me.

As for what happened, it's more of an argument, then blame flying, then someone gets hurt, they get their life ruined, haven't heard from this person either, I'm rather worried.

Anyways, you could always take up a hobby. Or read a book.

Or try reaching out to this friend/associate.
Apologize if you feel like you did something bad.

If losing this friend makes you feel that horrid, you might have to swallow the blame. You'll get used to it.

If something really bad happen, you can only start to forget about that friendship. I remember when I felt hurt about something a friend did: I first thought about working it out with him, etc, etc, but in the end I simply stopped talking to him, because I knew that'd hurt him to and I didn't feel like forgiving him.

It'll prolly turn into something like that :/

But alcohol seriously helps.

I used to drink in my darkest times.

Other than that, just take it easy for now. Especially slowly.

You can't expect to fix stuff like this in minutes and hours.

Calm yourself down or do some yoga.
