Partner: Lily Rain, for obvious reasons
Weapon: The Tsubaki Mk-III Beam Katana from No More Heroes, its a lightsaber shaped like a katana WHO WOULDN'T WANT THIS?!
Gadget: The tent from Harry Potter Deathly Hollows that's a whole house on the inside, easy assembly and great living space.

I don't know what exactly I would bring, but I know my partner for sure.

Partner: Cabbear from Toriko. Grows cabbage from it's body so I will always have food.

Partner : Nobody... (I wouldn't want anyone else to have to live on a deserted island.)

Weapon : Seras Bayonet off Chrotacs in CB/C21 (cause that gun is just awesome :v)

Gadget : Food replicator from one of them Star Trek things... cause yeah... foods.

Ok seriously, I want a Gunblade, like Cervantes from Soul Caliber, or Lightning from Ff13.

Gadget: Teleportation stones. Set up a portal to anywhere on the island. Bwahahaha.

I don't get it.
It's a deserted island, why would you need a weapon?

Partner: somebuddy sexy.
Weapon: something even I can use (prolly some knife? I defended myself once with a metal tipped umbrella o.O)

I can't say being on deserted island is valid if there's no girl in bikini sharing the same fate.
