Which Build to Go with?

I've almost finished my MB air, just a few more tunes and voila.
But now, I'm having trouble deciding which build to go with:

Build #1 hits a breakpoint for the Adone arms and the last breakpoint of force for Raystag hd, at a cost of having 25 aposed to 28. Build #1 also hits a breakpoint for tgh.

Build #2's only advantage would be the higher mobility, at a cost of lower tgh and dps.

So which build would be better? I'm having a really hard time deciding :V

There's not much difference, but the single digits really do change a lot (I think).

Need more fly. ._.

And why do I only see 5 weapons?

I think the fly is fine for a hophop/air loop MB air.

The BSM is used for most of the damage, currently at 31 tec and hits 70's and so on to non lands.

You can easily switch the capa to H. or G. Capa and it would be fine, since it has 18 TGH

You're only sacrificing 1 tec for that fly breakpoint, may as well go #2.

Though, with build 1 you could change the headphones to something else, because...well, why the hell are you using a +wlk accessory to get 2 wlk on an air

Trump Hat, Snowman Head (not the real name, forgot what it's called), I think several other things.

...or you could use a +1 tec +1 (other stat) accessory and just use better tunes.
