| i should balance out the all nighters i do. i'm usually fine doing them at least once or twice a week and another during the weekend. but since it's summer. i've been doing them damn near everyday and i don't think i'm reacting so well to it.
it's like, my body was ok with me screwing myself a day or two a week but not EVERY SINGLE DAY. maybe i should try to ease into it.
i got a pretty long summer break and even longer fall break.
i' got a lot breaks. and no stops, apparently. that's why my body is making them for me. it just loves me too much to see me act like this.
still. i have been making great progress checking new artists and albums the past few weeks thanks to all nighters...

| Just do the following. Get an alarming clock. Make a mind promise to yourself of the following: When the clock rings, click Alt-F4 nonstop till everything's turned down, then shut down the computer. Take a deep breath. Drink a glass of water. Brush your teeth. Enter your refreshing bed. Close your eyes and begin sleeping. Simple as that | |

| Just go asleep when you feel like it. It's no use to force yourself with things if you're too tired to think clearly, etc. It's no use to force yourself to sleep either though. If you do, you'll either end up eing sleeping all day because you slept too much, or end-up with a weird biorhythm. I had the same problem in my summer vacations and tried to force myself to sleep more, the result was that I woke up at 19h and stayed up until like 13h or such. Just check your face in the mirror: if you look worn-out after taking a shower, etc, you're to tired still. At least that's how I check it. | |

| I work third shift and from time to time I have to do stuff during the day. It's hard but very possible to switch from both lifestyles and on the fly. Hell, I did it for 6 years of school, I'll probably keep doing it until I'm either dead or bitten by a zombie. | |
