Heellpp computers broke

So I'm playing sdgo and my mouse freezes issue I had for a month no have to restart my compter to fix it. I shut down my computer turn it n.and now I can't get passed the windows load screen it just freezes.U know right before windows boots and the all the locks notifications on the key oard flash. It will freeze there and the notification that blinks meaning your hard drives sending and recieveing data stops also.
