The tune up campaign is just bonus mats in the login rewards anywhere from 6-10 total items. This can be good or lackluster depending on how strapped from mats you are.

It took a total of two days for the campaigned to get messed up. They extended a UC and EXP bonus as compensation till they get it fixed, however, this however has already pasted. The campaign now ends on August 3 due to the bug.
