Destructor at the moment would do just fine, beefed up. Compared to other bots at the moment, yeah he's a little sub-par. Come full release though, we won't have many of these bots so accessible, and tune ups won't be too common. Destructor shines then, where his missiles will be eating AIRs alive. Not bad for a UC shop-bot.
Biggest selling points for ART units are the Core Weapons, and Destructor has a great one. If you want a generic zookspam ART bot, dunno. Other ARTs worth using are: Amateus, all in all a pretty good core, Gathima, built-in Howitzer ftw, Saggitary Maxis, for the Railgun. Toybox is nice too, but he's a little harder to handle. I wouldn't touch Lily Rain just because there are better options. Everything else...interchangeable parts. Lily's not tough enough to warrant using, imo, I'd just use Gun Arm's BD and not waste COST on a core weapon that doesn't really function well.
