sdgo tw (network connection is failed) help......

can any1 help me.when i buy my new dell that cost 640 dollars
and playing sdgo.while i was playing for 30min or over,there is a sign that as me to exit the game.
i turn it on again but is says"network connection is failed"
can some1 help me wat is this mean:(
