The blue shield is what we got when charge via C-check, the shield got by obtaining both new moe is shiny golden one.

The Wooden Sheild is obviosly a Buckler reskin, and the Radiant Sheilds are just Vipers. It makes sense, since there's non RT-fag version of Viper/Buckler yet (inb4 Lancerlot AM2)
