1. Unlocked by Coffee client orders, generally clear every mission, then clear the last two missions for your current area under 20 (sometimes less, sometimes more) minutes with S-rank, then obtain 2x of a quest drop from native mobs (no darkers)

Hyoka already answered 1 and 2 so..

3. You check by clicking on an item in your inventory (in this case weapon/armor) a box with 3 tabs should show up on the screen somewhere (its a drag able window)

1st tab shows (in order from left-to right starting at top)
the weapon picture, description
rarity in stars
requirement to equip/use (needed then current stat in parentheses)
the weapons attack power (will only show main stat attack power for weapon type in cases like gunslash/rod) or highest stat defense (for armor), elemental % (if an enemy has a weakness to that weapon's element it will deal that % more damage) or highest element resist % for armor
thent the list of abilities.

2nd tab is a more detailed view of the stats which shows all defenses and or attack attributes on the weapon/armor.

3rd tab is in depth look at the abilities and what they do.

BTW, so I've been doing the lvl. 5 mission for a week now without success because the game crashes at the second stage due to graphics card not responding. The thing is, I notice that the more times I disconnect and fail, the more different the mob spawn patterns/difficulty become

is that a feature?

Have you tried changing your graphics setting?
I used to had mine at 5(max) and game occasionally crashed(even though my FPS was awesome).
After changing it to 4, game never crashed again.

odd. I'm a max resolution with max detail and graphics on 4/5 with a laptop with a Quadro FX 770M.

I lose 40 FPS whenever there is a code destruction but in most case in work fine.

I never lose FPS

My graphics just crashes

Yeah I saw this on PSO Blog....

"There is now a clause in the PSO2 JP Terms of Service that mentions that the connection to the game server is restricted to only those within Japanese territory. It is prohibited to connect directly to the game server outside of Japan as well as connect via a Japanese computer terminal outside of Japan.

Er. They might've lifted the foreign IP ban. I can access it from where i am without any proxies. But yes, love this one for its graphics and the fact that despite being so heavy on graphics, it doesn't lag my comp \o/
