i already uninstalled/installed again
to no effect :c

Do not uninstall Cosmic Break , just close the application and re-open again until it complete finish update.
And also close other thing like web-browser (Mozilla Firefox , Google Chrome & etc) , messenger (MSN , Yahoo , Gmail etc) , download manager (FlashGet). Wait about 1-2 minutes and done!!
