Mega garapon 2's Moe girl rolls

At the end of some of my 5x rolls I get a slot machine thing that has crim, lily and winberyl on it and it rolls to match up the moe girl pictures but what is this extra animation's purpose?

That's the slot system. It removes lower level prizes for your next roll if you get three of the same moes.

If you get 3 Crimroses, it removes everything that's not silver or gold.
If you get 3 Lilys, it removes the blue and red balls.
If you get 3 Winberyls, I think it removes the red balls.

How do I get those slot things to appear? Or are they random?

Iirc crim is only removing the bronze balls (which sucks if the red and blue balls are still arround).

Oh and yes: they appaear out of the blue and usually only if u don't need them anymore.

Crim removes all non-gold/silver, Lily removes blue and red, Winberrl removes blue

When the surprise system is activated in a garapon, especially that on a featured garapon, the system will try to get the lowest minimum RNG possible. In other words, your chances of golds are reduced a great deal.

even the surprise system activated. you still need to get pass derp walk and car crash in order to get to the gold balls. I just wasted 2200rt on mega 2 and not getting eris or resha. got the system activated twice but end up in car crashes.... totally BS.

I told ya so. The surprise system makes it harder to get top prize, but it only helps you get specific prizes in certain open tiers.
