Accel Saber GP Hopper Build?

Hi. First of all, sorry for my bad English

I just got a Accel Saber GP from SP Lotto Cube. People told me that i should make him a hopper. I'm new to the tune up thing, so i really need a detailed guide for him (Cartridges, Tune for every parts, weapon, ...)
