I got this guy from that ro event cube, being satisfied that I didn't get ANOTHER crimfreakin'rose.
Sadly, I have no idea what in the heck he does.
My first thoughts:
- WOW! look at that tgh! that's better than everything else I have!
- His other stats are meh...
- All those movement cartridges! What choose!?
- His stock parts are blah!
Anyways, I'm going to guess he's used as a run & gunner or a hopper build and abuses the fact that he has really good tgh.
Problem is, his other stats are sub par so I don't know how to tune him.
Anyone help?
