| Sugoi bots have a reputation of being annoying as hell, and often loved by people who use them, and hated by people who don't. Just recently I've noticed some new Mega garapon sugoi players who fail so hard that it's not even funny. I see...
- AG dying by Artillery Fire - MBG dying by rushing Alphags - MBG escaping from enemy combat on low HP - TBG Alphastriking while standing still and not flying in the air to avoid melee bots - TBG rush charging enemy PS
Hell, I even lost count of how many TBGs I've killed. I've even managed to kill a few MBGs without much effort at all. So what do you think of this? |

| Lots of TBG user keep trying to launch cruise missile from the ground, making the missile keep hitting ground and other player, then they start to yell at people to move.
I use TBG IF my Burai or Winberll toasted by AG or if my team have no AT to take down air camper, but I always fly up to fire cruise missile or advance retreat/switch to face missile if I see a melee coming.
I think its just that they just have no experience with the sugoi bot or dint practice in training area or lvl 5 room.
Also a few more thing, its sometime a good thing to retreat if they think they can make it out alive, I'm not entirely sure of MBG's escape mechanic, I would think they should have a Zero Saber NEXT BS and just vroom to safety, its better to save that 1000's cost and heal up by a support or find a repair kit then suicide, unless you certain you can take out 1 or more unit. That's 1000 cost could be the different between lose or win for your team. (or that 1-2 more extra kill could mean a win) entirely situational, but yes, is it better to retreat with high HP.

That's called artillery doing it's job. If your teams ARTs have trouble with AGs or don't kill them regularly, they may not be pulling their weight. - LXE wrote:

I see your point, but not everyone is or needs to be suicidal with melee, especially if your team has a medic.

^Basically this. If you're going to not suicide rush, at least escape with higher HP. Hell, with that last gasp of HP you could've done more damage. Waiting for a medic to heal you is often a bad idea. |

Play in a lag latency room and see how hard it actually is to not get hit when using melee. Its harder than you think....

| If your team already has a medic, theres no reason to needlessly just die because you have low health, as you'd do 10x more damage if you came back with more health. Such attitudes of yours are probably why you tend to feed ;3 | |

| Eh, people think that sugoi bots = instawin. Mainly why many sugoi players fail..they fail to use actual skill they may have had by experience in the arena. Hell, I can basically harass TBGs, DGs and ZSGs, and MBGs enough for them to turn tail. Only thing I can't reach is AG and only if they have Shaden booster. Can't aim high enough to hit her | |

| You mean all of them? I haven't seen a good one yet From sugoi gara til nowKoi using tbg and lurie using mbg (only because of his lag) seem to be the only ones that stand out to me That must mean all the other sugoi players badddd - LXE wrote:

The fear of dying gets you lower scores. ;3 There are plenty of times where I could've gotten 1st with a 5k+ score gap but get greedy near the end and end up getting fragged to only have a 1-3k gap

Lag shouldn't be a replacement for skill, Lurie should be banned from cb indefinitely for his pile-bunker spam when he knows he's lagging.

Lrn2read, please. I haven't got a Sugoi bot yet, but I'm looking at it from a game design perspective. If I'm totally wrong, then say it, not just a "wat".
Hate it when you guys just slap posts away with that. You could at least explain the mistake, you know. Asking is now impossible and posting things you've no idea about seem to be popular

Waiting for a medic to heal you is often a bad idea. This train of thought is annoying as all holy hell, e_e I play a -Melfi- I can heal you for +100 in a moment and you can go back to wrecking havoc. +Full health if you pause for 10seconds and wait for my cooldown to end. And people wonder why there are no medics. Ammo Supplies please ;;

The fear of dying gets you lower scores. ;3 ... I didn't want to die because my bots are so costly to tbe BP pool... X'D;;; Unless I'm playing something like a cheap hopper......;;; Personally I treasure medics alot. They not only give more survivability, but also saves the BP pool. ._.; About Sugoi bots... I guess I haven't seen any of them like that yet.

| 3 Things matter to me.
Frags.
Damage.
Cost.
I gauge performance by nothing else but those 3 with a smuttering of contribution to see if the poor guy was hounded by the enemy team.
Not including SUPs of course.

Not including SUPs of course. i don't care much about Frags, Damage better than Frags but hey it ain't like i let some dangerous bot running wild with how HP too. from my perspective Damage = Cost mean ok in my sight.
