If you want to put your own customized image from an external source, then you must do a number of things in order to do so.
Firstly, your image needs to be the same size as the Neos BD's picture. (I'm not sure what the dimensions are, but it's in pixels)
Cosmic Break has special palettes, thus, one does not simply import an image inside, as there will be an error.
Now, Verafice has kindly put together a tool just to fix the palettes.

Download, and follow the instructions shown on the webpage. Then, if you import it and adjust the colors to what the tool tells you, it will work (albeit not as good as the original picture).
This works for every single picture to be uploaded in Cosmic Break.
