I am a bit slow with this question, but what is exactly LAN mode introduced in Korean CB server? Details appreciated.

Are only owned bots available in LAN mode?
If in LAN mode you play over LAN, this means dmg/collision/other game calculations made on the host client, not official server? Maybe even blocking internet connection(not lan) will not affect gameplay as long as match played. Otherwise no meaning in LAN mode.
Basically, is LAN mode a continuation of singleplayer mode with only checking your account information, garage?
