Error when logging into C21

So, everytime I get to the login page, it has that message prompting you to send report error, don't send or debug
I'm assuming people know this message, but it doesn't happen as I'm starting c21 up it happens ON the login page

What do I do? I downloaded C21 correctly

Same problem as mine and you also get annoying sound. I tried downloading, reinstalling and reboot with no help.
My quick fix was to rename the music folder. I am playing with no music now.

Edit: woo I made it work now with musics. I changed the menu.mp3 to another mp3 file. Here you can find good replacement mp3 (Link is in video description). Now I just hope there is not another unfit mp3.

I hope Im helping eventhough I think this might be just mine problem. Since after XP SP3 update, I sometimes get some problems with sounds and recording.
