I did some tweaking on "Chaos" EVE, it needed more shiny.

I avoided putting the new head skin on the default blue lily because it looks so terrible without poly edits. Sooo terrible.

nvm post the png file here and i'll try to poly edit ^^
if i cant then i'll just leave it as default (which will most probably be the case... >.<)

also, i want to ask, how come ur BD has blue colour but it is not part of the palette?

All skin files actually have 16 colors, usually its Black or sometimes brown on some of the swimsuit chibis. You can change it in photoshop.

Started derping around with fixing the Dracken skin a bit (the whole body suit kinda bothers me.) Havent had any ideas for the cape yet. It's probably not gonna turn out since I havent had much inspiration lately or sleep.
