Sheriff gara or Moe gara?

I want a moebot, and these izuna/tesla/misty are so cute, but I love connie too ._. which has better rates? my luck is pretty bad so I'm not aiming at dragon gara, and I already have some others moebots from shop >.<

If you really, REALLY don't want any regular mecha, roll Moe.
If you want better bots overall, roll Sheriff.

if you want moe bot... then moe gara... have more moe bot than connie gara has...

Moe gara has better rates

Moe and Sheriff both have good rates. But regarding the three bots in moe gara that you want...

• Izuna isn't a whole lot different from her Nagi variant that you can buy in the shop. Higher tec/lower tgh, the BS is disconnected from the LG, arms are slightly different (but still not worth using), and she has stun regain instead of moving burst. In effect, you aren't really going to see much gameplay difference between the two.
  
• Tesladonna in the gara just has different arms than the shop one. General consensus is, AM2 and AM3 both suck, so you're better off buying her with UC.
  
• Misty SIN is worse than regular Misty (who is available in the shop).
  

Connie's only available from that gara, on the other hand.

Just saw him today with a Connie Sheriff in the Lv5 rooms. Asked him about it and he got her in a single x5 roll. That answers the conclusion to the question. xD;
