So I rolled this thing 30 times(5 rolls being free of tuneup balls) and basically got much worse than I anticipated, even after hearing about some other bad experiences.

5x Multi Curvegun Mods
6x Ballista Shooter Mods
4x Beam SB Pitchers
2x Gimmick Launcher AMJs

2x Pulsardio Sigmas

Rest tuneup balls.

I don't have much experience rolling other RT garas, but what the fuck, I was expecting to at least get 1 of each silver ball and maybe 1 or 2 golds if I was lucky. Not this rage inducing crap. Hearing others talk about the bad rates, alright. 90% of the gold balls consist of Skull Nicoles, alright. I would have been somewhat satisfied getting the Nicole and the AchtSieben, but even that was denied to me.
Are the rates for Dragon really that shittastic, or was I incredibly unlucky?

While I'm on the topic of garapon, how often have you noticed the slots coming up after rolls? Are you guranteed to get an effect from the slots, or is it possible to get something like 2 Crimroses and a Winberrl?




And then I see someone with 3 Kutens in their commando.

I rolled this...20 times (4 5x)? I got the malice as my only gold, got plenty of silver. But I had lily slot trigger twice, helped a lot.

Kuten and Feng Mei not even that good.

Kuten is not for right clicking, it will get you nowhere

and Feng Mei has that useless weapon. though I speed tuned one of mine so its semi useful while still being useless.

i got kuten in 1 5x roll (1 kuten and 4 weps)

this week's weekly gave me 5 gold balls out of 20 rolls.

its okay... im not lucky... no ivis after 200$ worth of rt...

Sure is 3 Pacifars around here. In terms of rates though, you won't be. Unless you want a bronze.




I got a Nicole and Jikun in a single x5 roll, but I had rolled a lot before that. I might go for Feng Mei later....but that's only if I really want the special Ouka.

I have had slots appear 3 times. Twice after my first 5x roll of the day; (both were all 3 matching) and once after my 2nd 5x roll of the day; (it failed, 2 Crims and a Winberrl.)

Yes, slots can fail. So far they tend to succeed more than not, but I've had two times were I triggered a slot, and then it didn't match up.

Speaking of Kutens, are they like regular Jikuns but roided up on more lag pills, or are all the Kuten users I've seen just laggy mofos?

Been looking at shop weapons after that set of rolls, and saw the SB Pitcher. Is that exactly like the Beam one except it does shell damage? Also the Magnet Gun and Phenom Magnet Gun, are those useful for killing airs?

What should Beam SB Pitchers be tuned with? Their odd movement pattern makes me unsure of whether to tune range or speed or even force.

depends how you use Kuten Lol....is funny. when I rolled Ivis garaphon to get Ivis like countless times, I got only craps,and only 1 robot, FF, no Ivis >.> so goodbye ouka limited edition Lol, but here at Dragon Gara, I rolled 2 x5 , I got 3 random things,2 ams, 3 silvers(each robot was different, so all 3 silvers) nicole and kuten...later I rolled by random and got feng too so 11 times...anyway coz I failed to get Ivis, even if I get the next robot from the set that didn't appear yet, I won't have 4 robots >.> only 3 , so GOODBYE Ouka

After 3 bounces, they are gone if I'm not mistaken. Unless they directly strike a target, they won't bounce off a bot, but the splash can maim people while it continues to bounce.

Kuten has her warp and kick rolled in to one skill, which means she tends to warp uncontrollably all over the place. Also she likes to end her combos with a tackle (like how ouka ends hers with a wind slash) The fact she can warp around so much would make her a bit of a nightmare if a lagger uses her. But like I said, it can be hard to control, and sometimes it feels like it's mostly down to luck if she'll do what you want or not (especially in crowded areas.) Although her ranged skill is limited in ammo, it has exceptional homing (good enough to catch hoppers) and is really a support skill. The wind effect holds targets in place quite nicely. I'd suggest using it against other melees so your teammates can kill them easier. (melee v melee is like rolling a dice.)

Beam SB Pitcher is massively superior to the regular one. The explosions make it hit more reliably, and if it lands a direct hit it actually counts as two hits. Although it has less force than regular pitcher, it generally hits for more damage due to this. Range is irrelevant, you don't need to lock on to people. Just hold down left click. You don't want to speed up the balls eitther. If anything, slowing them down would help more. Use a different weapon if you want to focus on a single target. Full force is the way to go imo. Sacrificing range shouldn't make any difference, but don't quote me on that -- it's entirely possible how many times it bounces is linked to the range stat, dunno lol. Nerf the ammo if you're unsure.

Multicurvegun isn't too exciting, Balista MOD is pretty damn good. The lower ammo probably makes it more suited to an alphastrike Pacifar/Soljetter/Brickgale than direct use as an actual weapon. Ghost raider 117 is a delicious varient. Lack of moving-burst cart is why we're not all breaking the game with him right now. Gameplay is a bit like using a fat Helingal.

Nicole Malice Skull is a bit of a gimmick, but I like her. (has TGH issues, though.) Not going to comment on the other bots, since I've not played them.

Magnet guns are psyguns. Conventional magnet gun is a pretty nice alpha-strike weapon (homing weapons give you less to worry about. Especially if you're trying to kill a lagger. see: my signature.) Never owned a Phenom.

An SDC build with a greatly reduced core size and access to Brix BS (superior to Tengu BS in all aspects other than the ammo, but then you shouldn't be wasting BS when you're not in a tight spot), hell, I don't know why we're not seeing more of these.
