Does Koko Gaap (at least the one from UC Garapon) have Growing Wonder built-in? Her Wonder Gauge seems to refill on its own, albeit very slowly.

That would likely be the bit you're using. Most support-type bits (Repair Bit, Burst Fire Bit, etc) slowly charge on their own.

I didn't have normal Repair Bits at the time I was using Laz-chan, so yeah. xP


EDIT: Secondary question if anyone knows. Would Growing Wonder stack with this and make it fill up faster?

Ran a test before, it improves the auto-recharge time by around... 14 secs if I remember correctly (that's 14 secs off something like 1:43 total charge time from start of each match) in other words, NOT SIGNIFICANT AT ALL. After seeing the result, I'd have to say that the cart just isn't worth it and you are far better off shooting at trees and hippos.
