Shield's question

If we tune up the shield, then when it's broken, will the stat it giving be lost?

My instinct is to say no.


In fact, I'm about 99% sure it's no. Even if the shield breaks you will maintain the stats the shield gives. Same goes for weapons/stuff that gets replaced (pom-poms come to mind for this).
