Actually asking for suggestions. What BD, etc. Ironically I put this head back on alba himself, haha

Instead of a last high force I used an air force for more ammo and speed, since the last high force didn't seem to do much and you either lose ammo which is already short, or lose range beyond effective reach. Again I don't have one so I could be wrong.

Looks like I had the correct BD in mind (gun arm)

No stun tune on the HD? From the other thread discussing it, I thought it was a necessity. Force tunes are obvious of course, same with FLY/TEC stats.

I test-piloted a prototype build with no stat upgrades, and I'm derp with the shield. I just dont know when to activate it I guess. The weapon is nuts though, makes seraphs run for their auto-pilot lives. & thats with a measly 15-20 tec

My mistake, I thought both of them said gun arm. Both gunarm and armed build were the candidates in mind. Armed Build Arm is good too, but no quick jump.

I've never seen the build use armed build arm before.

I'm sure it works, but...what. Worse stats, no quick jump, etc.

Tell me why you'd use armed build arm bd then. Every time I've seen or heard alba hd hopper mentioned it uses gun arms or dugdriver, and every one I've seen in-game or vids of has been gun arms.

Man the ammo of the head hurts my anus. It should have double or triple what it naturally has. lol.

It's meant to be a defensive weapon, so naturally basing it around your main gun is gonna cause some issues.

If you've used up all your ammo, mission accomplished. Doesn't matter if you die after that.

Shell supplies are always nice though.

Troll everything like nothing else

And if you add things up, that's still around 2500 damage total if you use it all up before your death. Barrier LGJ helps.

I see nothing redeeming about the carts, stats, or HP. I can make a working build with it, but I don't see how it's supposed to be better than dugdriver or gun arms aside from lower cost.

EDIT: Okay, I wasn't aware the ammo on alba HD was -that- bad. Maybe armed build arm's lower cost -is- significant if you can't get a shell supply often enough with gun arms/dugdriver.

Or put a cheap feeder bot upfront in the commando, farm items, maybe blow something up, then suicide and bust out the alba to quickly end a match.
